1. SMD type NTC thermistor resistor: The most important thing about SMD type thermistor resistor is small size and leadless, which is very suitable for surface mount production. This kind of chip thermistor resistor is mainly used for temperature compensation circuit of instrument and equipment, temperature measurement of battery, temperature measurement of various microprocessors and chip temperature etc.
2. Glass-encapsulated thermistor resistor: glass-encapsulated thermistor has a thermal chip inside. Its main characteristics are small size, high precision, fast response, and anti-aging. Due to the characteristics of glass encapsulation, it is suitable for high temperature and humidity. Used in harsh environments, this thermistor generally has two types of single-ended glass seals and axial leads, which are widely used in office automation equipment, temperature detection and temperature control of various household appliances etc.
3. Epoxy packaged NTC thermistor resistor: This NTC thermistor resistor chip is soldered on various leads and encapsulated with epoxy resin. Its main features are: smooth surface without burrs, black (or other colors) epoxy resin infusion, the resin is filled with full and no bubbles. In addition, it has characteristics of small size, fast response, high measurement accuracy, stable work for a long time and good consistency, which is mainly used in temperature measurement, control and compensation, high-precision instrumentation.
